This privacy notice explains how Spirit Public Sector Ltd collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit the Digital Places website (digitalplaces.org.uk).
Digital Places is a public sector collaborative membership programme that supports Local Authority Members and other participating organisations in the use and development of digital place-based data, insight and related services.
The programme is operated for Oxfordshire County Council and other Digital Places Members by Spirit Public Sector Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07839976. Its registered office is 2 Plassey Square, Penarth, CF64 1HB.

We only collect personal information that is necessary for the purposes described in this notice. This may include:
Your name and email address, if you contact us through the website contact form
If you choose to enable analytics cookies, anonymised and aggregated information about how you use our website (such as page views, time on site, and general location by country or region). This data is not used to identify you personally.

Contact form enquiries: we will keep records of correspondence for 12 months and then delete them.
Analytics information: retained within our Squarespace account for as long as reasonably necessary to monitor and improve the website, and reviewed annually.

This website is hosted on Squarespace. As a UK-based organisation, our data processor is Squarespace Ireland Limited, an Irish company. Data may be processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where Squarespace transfers personal data outside the EEA, including to the United States, it does so under appropriate safeguards in accordance with UK GDPR, including standard contractual clauses or other recognised transfer mechanisms.
